MIS was very professional. People I initially talked to on the phone were knowledgeable and friendly. Our inspector, Brent, did a thorough job and communicated clearly. He was very friendly and respected our property and our home.

I felt Brent did a really good job. He made me feel very comfortable and was patient with all my questions. This guy deserves more than $50 for going under our house.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Since they do not do any remediation work they can provide you an honest analysis of their findings. Christian showed up on time, explained everything he was doing step by step, and left the house in the same condition it was in prior to the inspection.
