Physical Inspection

A detailed physical inspection of the property to determine all areas of concern.

Detailed Inspection Report

A detailed inspection report including the findings of the investigation, testing, and recommended remediation steps.

Project Manager Consultation

Consultation with a Project Manager to discuss findings and recommendations, with ongoing support throughout the remediation process.

Post Remediation Clearance

A detailed post remediation clearance inspection and testing to ensure the environment has been returned to normal conditions.

Follow-Up Testing

Intermittent follow-up testing and/or inspections to determine the general health and condition of the property.

Medically Important Remediation Sequencing

Proper sequencing of remediation activities and post-remediation testing, coordinated by experienced project managers to help return your environment to a healthy state.

A person in a dark shirt kneels on the floor, using a thermal imaging device to assess pipes and wiring under a sink for potential issues. A handheld meter rests nearby, as they carefully test for signs of mold or other concerns.

qPCR Testing

Mold specific qPCR testing to reveal the DNA trace of mold species, their presence, and concentration levels in a property.

A person in a navy shirt uses a handheld moisture meter on a white shower wall, testing for mold and checking for dampness.

Bacteria Testing

qPCR Actinomycetes testing for bacteria in specific scenarios where contaminated water loss may have impacted the property.

A man wearing a dark blue shirt and black gloves conducts an assessment, inspecting a large pipe in a concrete-walled basement. He holds a small tool, carefully examining the connection between the pipe and the wall for any signs of mold.

Endotoxin Testing

qPCR Endotoxin testing offered in specific scenarios to identify potential environmental hazards impacting a property and client health.

Our inspection procedures follow a strict protocol to ensure all areas of concern are identified. Using specialized mold testing, we then isolate issues and determine overall contamination. Finally, we provide the proper cleaning procedures to restore a safe, clean environment.

Mold Specific Quantitative Polymer Chain Reaction - qPCR

A person in a navy uniform and gloves is carefully sampling dust while cleaning a flat-screen TV on a wooden stand, surrounded by rich wooden paneling. Using a cloth, they inspect every corner of the screen, ensuring it's spotless as the TV remains turned off.

MSQPCR sampling gives us a more detailed analysis of the types of mold and other potential environmental hazards that may be impacting a property and a client’s health. If you’re struggling with a possible environmental issue and haven’t been able to find the right answers, qPCR testing may be the right solution for you.
