Xander did a great job inspecting the home I'm renting out. He was far more thorough than the inspectors that the landlord and property management company sent over. He did a great job helping me prove out that there are many widespread moisture issues throughout the home as opposed to just focusing on what is visible and what I pointed out.

He was open and honest about what could increase pricing, made sure I was aware of any changes in cost depending on what I needed and then took his time to sit down and show me what he found and what he recommended.
