We had Craig from Mold Inspection Sciences out at the house yesterday, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. He was punctual, explained the entire process before getting started, and was incredibly thorough. The inspection took about five hours and covered both the interior and exterior of the home. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Since they do not do any remediation work they can provide you an honest analysis of their findings. Christian showed up on time, explained everything he was doing step by step, and left the house in the same condition it was in prior to the inspection.
