I hired Mold Inspection Sciences to inspect a home I was in contract to purchase in Colorado. I had CIRS/MRI from previous toxic mold exposure.
Their inspection was thorough and identified hidden mold in the building envelope that would not have been otherwise identified. I can't thank them enough for saving me from purchasing and living in a moldy home.
Johnny was my inspector and was knowledgeable and professional.
Joshua Hart with Mold Inspection Sciences is the REAL DEAL! Professional, knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and just an all-around great dude.I'm dealing with a complicated mold situation involving a more rigorous inspection protocol, and Josh has gone above and beyond. He spent practically an entire day at my house during the initial inspection, accommodated my schedule on return visits, and made it clear that doing things RIGHT the first time was his priority. No cutting corners! The company...
He did a great job. Very detailed and well organized.
We've had three PRV's done for different mold remediations. 2 of the companies were terrible, but MIS actually conducted a proper PRV. I would not use anyone else. They came recommended by Eric Schrantz.
Joseph was helpful and informative. He was professional and friendly. He helped me understand the process as well as exactly what tests I needed for my circumstances. After working with Joseph and the evaluation they did I was greatly relieved about what was going on in my house and knew my issues.
Joseph was outstanding! He showed up on time and was not only friendly and professional, but more importantly, he was thorough. He explained the entire process and answered all of our questions to our understanding.

He took time to explain things easily and gave excellent advice and went out of his way to make sure we felt informed and good about the decisions we were making. I would recommend this company and him to anyone going through the stressful, overwhelming experience of finding mold in your home. He made us feel at ease and taken care of!

His thoroughness and attention to detail made such a difference.Brian examined areas in the bathrooms, my closet, and the HVAC room and collected samples, including from the vents. He took my concerns seriously and gave these areas the careful attention I had been hoping for.Dealing with concerns about your home while managing health issues is...
Moe is very comfortable. Very thorough. And explained every action necessary.. he mentioned that he was not part of the Reclamation process if the samples came back positive for black mold. But being thorough we would get the best documentation possible.
Tim was great! Waiting on my samples to come back on Thursday. Very helpful and knowledgable!
