Patrick made my overall experience amazing. He went through the process with me and took my questions or concerns into consideration as well. He was very knowledgeable about everything related to the imspection. I had no doubt that he would be the best person for the job. Overall, my visit was with Patrick was excellent.

Cesar was great! Very professional and knowledgeable, and Cesar was transparent in explaining the entire detailed process for the inspection, along with pricing and recommendations. He did a thorough inspection over a 2 1/2 hour time frame, conducting a thorough review of the situation.

Brayden showed up, on time, and ready to go. I was impressed that after the inspection he did not try to make my BR into a biohazard and honestly told me that this was one of the cleanese BRs he had inspected -- though now I feel sorry for him and his previous inspections. Except for a possible small leak at the toilet seal, we were solid -- no remediation needed.

Mo was fantastic, he was so thorough polite, and Informative, and guided me through the whole process. He never tried to sell or pressure me on anything. it felt like he was just trying to help me do what was best for my house/family. Will recommend this company and Mo to anyone who needs their house inspected. Give this man a raise. Thanks again Mo for all your hard work and your patience explaining everything to myself.
