He patiently let me follow him around during the inspection and explained what he was doing as well as gave me some peace of mind on the condition of the house I just closed on. While I wish I didn't need to do the samples (it was only seven but it adds up), I had seen all the spots that warranted them and knew he wasn't trying to run up the bill.
