Xander was one of the most professional workers that I've ever had. So unlike most kids his age.he was delightful fun respectful smart clean explained everything couldn't have been better in any way ....and I can be kind of annoying so he informed me about a lot and was very understandable and that was very nice compared to many people. Who are confusing and hard to read.

We hired Patrick N. to check our home for mold. He was extremely professional and thorough. What really stood out was how willing and happy he was to answer all of our questions and explain exactly what he was doing during the inspection. Having never gone through this process before, I was unsure of what to expect. To start, Johnny was prompt as well as polite and professional throughout the inspection. He was thorough and helpful with explanations and next steps.

Mo was great - friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He made sure all of our areas of concern were addressed, and pointed out additional areas to check based on his expertise. He explained the process and his thinking as he went so we felt informed and brought along on the journey. He also listened to and understood our perspective as renters which made us trust him and the process. I hope I never need a formal mold inspection again, but would happily work with Mo again if so!

Johnny was very educated on CIRS and possible water intrusion locations. We had 7 inspectors walk the house prior to Johnny- ALL of the other inspectors cleared the house for purchase. We ran air samples with another mold company - they said there was no concern in the home. I would have a respiratory reaction in multiple upstairs rooms but couldn't find the source. They were empathetic, and even though they were fully booked (weeks in advance), they still tried to fit me in.
