Joseph was very professional, courteous, and honest. No high pressure sales, just did the tests, presented the findings, and allowed me to choose what additional tests I wanted.

Mold Inspection Sciences was great to work with. They were organized and efficient throughout. My favorite two things were working with Craig C. who was extremely knowledgeable, and that Mold Inspection Sciences does the testing but does not offer mold remediation. In other words, they will clearly identify the problems and they have no vested interest in upselling mold cleaning services because they don't offer them.

Moe was the mold inspection specialist who was assigned to our home. He was attentive in collecting a history of our property so as to be able to determine which areas to assess and which tests to administer. The entire process working with Mold Inspection Sciences has been nothing short of amazing. Zander did a thorough job with testing and explanation. The report they provided is helpful as well. A visit fee covers up to three different areas of the home, and accounts for the air within 6 or so feet around. Expect to have to pay for specific sample collections (yes, more than one) seperately from the visit price....it does get a bit more costly than I would like. But I trust their work.
