The LAST thing I wanted to hear was that we had mold in our basement and company coming in a month. Mold Inspection Sciences came quickly, did a fantastic job job with caring, knowledgeable people. They treated me like I was a member of their family. We even got the final report back sooner than expected so now I have more time to get ready for company. I'll be honest- I hope I never need them again. But if I ever have another mold problem, I have them on speed dial. Signed- a VERY satisfi...

I cannot recommend Mold Inspection Sciences highly enough, and specifically Craig, who was absolutely amazing. During an incredibly stressful time, Craig took the time to explain every single step of the inspection process and answered all of our questions with immense patience and genuine compassion. Having someone navigate our situation with that level of empathy brought us so much comfort when we needed it most. The professionalism across the entire company was top-tier. From the very f...

My entire experience working with Mold Inspection Sciences was smooth, educational, and all around great. We specifically worked with Craig, who is very knowledgable. He really took the time to explain and teach us what he/mold inspection sciences does and what to do moving forward with further mold testing. He is clearly very experienced and educated because of the many years he has been in the industry. As someone coming from minimal knowledge about mold and its impact, this experience h...

Mo was an excellent inspector who took time to understand my situation, clearly explain his findings, never felt pushy for any additional testing beyond what I needed, and helped ease my concerns. He was also personable and a joy to work with in an otherwise unfortunate situation, I appreciated his empathy and experience.

My mold inspection with Tim Ruddy was great. He was thorough and patient, explaining to me what he might be looking for and answering additional questions I had. We discussed what made sense in terms of what samples to test for which I appreciated that he understood my concern for mold and desire for peace of mind but also that I didn't want to go overboard, unlike some other companies that might take advantage of worried customers. It is also reassuring to deal with someone who is not on...

A thorough job was done with the testing/inspection and they have been available for support after the test results were provided and we're working through remediation strategies.

Cesar just did post remediation inspections of my bathroom. He was knowledgeable, professional and thorough!

Joseph was amazing, pure and simple. Incredibly thorough, incredibly patient, and incredibly understanding. He's a great representative of your company.

Ceasar was very thorough, friendly and explained clearly all steps of the process. I am anxious to hear our results.

Joseph was kind, informative and thorough and I so appreciate him for working with me! You all are an incredible company.

Patrick made my overall experience amazing. He went through the process with me and took my questions or concerns into consideration as well. He was very knowledgeable about everything related to the imspection. I had no doubt that he would be the best person for the job. Overall, my visit was with Patrick was excellent.

Cesar was great! Very professional and knowledgeable, and Cesar was transparent in explaining the entire detailed process for the inspection, along with pricing and recommendations. He did a thorough inspection over a 2 1/2 hour time frame, conducting a thorough review of the situation.

David was very professional and thorough. He took the time to sit down with the family and discuss the challenges that we were presented with.

A 5-star rating!

Brayden showed up, on time, and ready to go. I was impressed that after the inspection he did not try to make my BR into a biohazard and honestly told me that this was one of the cleanese BRs he had inspected -- though now I feel sorry for him and his previous inspections. Except for a possible small leak at the toilet seal, we were solid -- no remediation needed.

Mo was fantastic, he was so thorough polite, and Informative, and guided me through the whole process. He never tried to sell or pressure me on anything. it felt like he was just trying to help me do what was best for my house/family. Will recommend this company and Mo to anyone who needs their house inspected. Give this man a raise. Thanks again Mo for all your hard work and your patience explaining everything to myself.

I was incredibly impressed with my experience! Alan was kind, non-judgemental, thorough, hardworking, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer every single one of my questions--and I had a lot of them--I never felt rushed!

I also showed him a mold report from a previous inspection, and I was very impressed by how quickly and thoroughly he was able to interpret it. His knowledge of different types of mold, mold levels, and what the findings actually meant was exceptiona...
