Mo was very detailed. He explained the process and everything he did and why. I trust that my inspection was thorough. He was also very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I hope I never need another inspection, but if I do, I will request him by name.

I really appreciated his easy-going, warm, and calm demeanor and expertise in the field.

Frank was knowledgeable and skilled at communicating both what he was doing and why it was necessary at every step in the process. He took his time explaining in layman’s terms what his preliminary findings were and what we could expect in our detailed report.
