The process for the inspection was clear, logical and explained well. All of my questions were answered and the inspector seemed to be very proficient and knowledgeable. The reports are detailed and easy to understand. Highly recommended if you are concerned about a hidden mold issue in your home. Cost was reasonable for the time they spend inspecting and the quality of the report they provide.

Alan became my new Chief Scientist as he took samples in my new home. He was prompt, very respectful as the realtor and I chattered away about a possible problem - someone in the family made the accusation that my new house was a meth house, therefore the need for testing. Alan patiently and thoroughly explained the testing process for toxicity and indicated he would do some further research about assuring air quality. What a relief his knowledge is!!
