I found this company to be very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and Craig was a wealth of information. Dealing with mold is no easy task but this company has made the process just a little bit easier.
Craig did a phenomenal job inspecting a property I'm considering. Knowing mold is so essential to living in the Pacific NW, and the clear report provided to me by Mold Inspection Sciences is worth its weight in gold. (Feel free to come up with your own poems rhyming 'mold' with 'gold'.)

I initially called Mold Inspection Sciences because I wanted a company that just did inspections for mold and not the remediation if necessary. (No conflict of interest.) I am glad I did. The technician, Craig, explained the process of the inspection, the samples he thought were necessary as well as the costs involved, and when I could expect the results. And, wow, Craig did the inspection and samples on a Tuesday afternoon. I received the results via email on Friday afternoon. Impressive....
I love Moldsci. And Craig. I am extremely, extremely sensitive to mold. This problem rules my life, in fact. I’ve dealt with dozens of inspectors who think I’m nuts. We've gotten two full mold inspections along with allergy & water tests by MIS inspectors. They are prompt, professional & thorough. We like that they don't have a remediation company, so they don't give biased work to drive further work. They also use infrared scanning which is super helpful to detect water intrusion and/or any issues. They've found a few things with each inspection, so it's well worth the money!

The technicians was professional, thorough, and informative. He did a careful look, photographed potential mold, and collected samples. He advised us on how to prevent mold--which was helpful since we were having our roof replaced. The tests came back in time for any roof work.
