Professional company. Patrick was the inspector and he was professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly. He was kind and answered all my questions. He even put the shoe booties on and took them off whenever he had to go outside and inside the home multiple times. Went through the entirety of the home. 10/10 would recommend.

Patrick arrived as scheduled. He explained clearly how the process of the inspection was going to happen and the differences between the types of inspection choices I had as the inspection proceeded. Any questions I had were thoroughly answered. He worked very efficiently during the inspection. His friendly nature made him easy to talk to. I would definitely request his services in the future.
