I had my apartment inspected for mold this week, and Christian was my inspector. He was thorough, listened to my concerns, and explained anything I had questions about. He was also sweet to my kitties and made the process much less daunting than I thought it would be. Definitely not a cheap service but worth the unbiased feedback.
