Tim from Mold Inspection Sciences made two inspections for us. His initial inspection was to note whether we had evidence of mold spores in our den, and if we did, then he had local recommendations for the remediation process for us. Of course, the test came back positive, and we used his recommendation for the remediation process. He came back to test, and we are clean. Tim was super friendly and compassionate with our problem with solar panels causing our problems with improper installation. He recommended a local remediation company and I'm super happy with their efforts. Not happy with Sunrun, the solar company that is not making the repair issue very easy to fix.

Company provided very good and quick service. The customer representative was very friendly and set me up with an appointment within a few days.

Immediate response to our service request. Their rates fall in line with other mold inspection places. We were able to get on their schedule within a week. We had Daniel come out twice. He was punctual and professional. We would use them again.

Tim is very detail oriented. They are the best mold testing company I have hired. Honest, no hidden agenda compared with my other hiring before. Pay little more in front but save me more for honest reports comparing with those misleading unnecessary remedy "promotions " I experienced before with other company. It's definitely worth it.

Our experience with Mold Inspection Science was excellent. Our inspector was Tim Ruddy. He walked us through everything step by step. Tim inspected two units in our bldg. One of the tenants in a unit was very hard to deal with with a hundred questions, he handled the situation excellent and was very patient with her.
