I was concerned about mold in my rental apartment after having multiple health issues as a result of internal mold toxins. I did not see any outward signs of mold but after multiple leaking issues I decided to have an inspection done. TJ is very knowledgeable , and professional. I recommend them , especially if you are in some kind of dispute with your landlord or property company.

Do not use this company. They overcharge for very little work. Charged $1200 for a simple inspection and 3 air samples. They also wanted to charge another $500 for a single air sample after the remediation.

In his photo show him testing for Moisture with water in the sink The exhaust vent was approved by the city he caused a lot of problems renters not paying rent management company terminated or lease agreement I don't See anything alarming.

We have had mold inspection sciences come to our house many times unfortunately because of mold issues but they have been extremely helpful to help us remedy the problems. I feel more confident in our houses cleanliness and safety because of their direction and support. Thank you so much!

Mold Check came in and removed mold in one of my rental units. The also put everything back the way it was, which included quite a bit of reconstruction. They were quick and friendly, which really helped!

I have asked all the mold and CIRS questions (seriously all of them) and they have been so patient and took the time to provide all the answers. They truly seem to care. They have been an incredible resource. The inspector was incredibly kind and professional and the phone support was superior. Highly recommended!

Very disapointed. Unfortunately, I am very sensitive to mold. Because I was feeling symptomatic, I knew there was mold in my house. I hired this company to find the source. The inspector was very nice and spent 3 hours inspecting the house, including taking air samples and swab samples. This cost me $1800 and by the end nothing conclusive was found and all air samples came back normal.

I couldn't give enough gratitude to this company for all of their thoroughness and professionalism. We have a one year old son, so getting accurate testing to know what we're up against was HUGE. I had a very good experience with MIS. I thought Steve truly cared about my air quality and wanted to find the best solution for me. Steve pointed out mold issues and explained how to remove it - and, or provided me with turn-key remediation services. I wanted to save the $ doing it myself so I appreciated Steve's business approach. I will recommend Steve in the future and hope I do not need to call him ever again.

We hired Mold Inspection Sciences to test our old home for mold, asbestos, and water quality. They were punctual, professional, and thorough. They found some issues that were concerning, but provided reasonable suggestions for how to address those issues. We had a flood in our basement, and after doing all the remedial work to dry it out, we felt it necessary to check for any lingering nasties (mold etc).
