So so impressed with this company! But specifically Johnny! He arrived on time and did such a thorough job. He explained every step of the process, walked me through everything I could expect. He was open and honest about what could increase pricing, made sure I was aware of any changes in cost depending on what I needed and then took his time to sit down and show me what he found and what he recommended.

He also was extremely polite, friendly and truly went above and beyond!

Frank did our mold inspection and he was friendly, easy to work with, thorough and we are very happy with his work. He clearly explained everything to us, and he did find a small spot of mold, so MIS sent us a list of people who do remediation so we can get going on that asap. Highly recommend!
