We have an extremely low mold value but the recommendation is to rip out and replace drywall. This is borderline frivolous and the remediation company even called it absurdly over cautious.

The inspector (Ben), used equipment to access the area before recommending samples. I received a phone call a few days later along with the report. The person who called me to review the report took the time to explain the findings which I greatly appreciate.
