Zander did a thorough job with testing and explanation. The report they provided is helpful as well. A visit fee covers up to three different "areas" of the home, and accounts for the air within 6 or so feet around. Expect to have to pay for specific sample collections (yes, more than one) seperately from the visit price....it does get a bit more costly than I would like. But I trust their work.
