Erwin was great. He really walked us through the process and identified potential areas for concern and where we shouldn't be as concerned. We tried 3 other service providers, and they tried to sell you everything. We could tell they were not sincere in their evaluation. Erwin was the exact opposite. Very experienced, thoughtful, and helpful. He helped us choose where we needed additional testing. I would absolutely use Mold Inspection Sciences again since they keep people like Erwin on staff.

Beware of inspection companies that do not have the type of excellent and thorough mold inspection like Mold Inspection Sciences! Our inspector was fantastic; polite and knowledgeable. The report was so thorough and thank God that we investigated as we did. We love Mold Inspection Sciences
