Sarah Carter

Sarah Carter joins our Mold Inspection Sciences team as a Client Account Manager. She comes to us with a Bachelor of Science in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from the University of Arizona. Her passion for helping others, especially those affected by mold-related issues, drew her to the industry. Having personally witnessed the impact mold can have on people’s homes and well-being, Sarah is driven to support clients through what can be a stressful and overwhelming experience.

What excites her most about her role is the opportunity to work directly with clients—listening to their concerns, providing guidance, and helping them find solutions. She finds great purpose in being a reassuring and knowledgeable point of contact during a challenging time. Sarah is also inspired by the team, where she sees a shared commitment to doing what’s best for the customer. The sense of community and genuine care among her colleagues reinforces her confidence in the work they do every day.
