This was the second time Patrick has inspected our house for us. He is super thorough, friendly and professional!

Tim helped me and my wife on the last place we were renting. We did a wide array of testing on the previous home. Tim recommended a thorough inspection with air testing, but we are low on funds so he did cavity sampling. Tim is great, personable, a good communicator and helped me and my wife understand primary areas of concern.

He was thorough and had good communication letting me know what was happening.
