Had an super positive experience with Mold Inspection Sciences! Craig took the time to understand all of my concerns and was extremely patient with my many questions. I feel like I have a much better understanding of the mold risks in my home as well as the next steps I should take to clean up existing mold and reduce risk.

We had the pleasure of having Tim out to perform a inspection on a condo unit we are renting. Tim is incredibly personable, professional and knowledgeable. You can tell he loves what he does! He showed great passion regarding the health issues surrounding mold toxicity. He explained the process to us and showed us exactly what he was working on. You can tell someone loves where they work based on how they show up and let me tell you, Tim personified this.

He patiently let me follow him around during the inspection and explained what he was doing as well as gave me some peace of mind on the condition of the house I just closed on. While I wish I didn't need to do the samples (it was only seven but it adds up), I had seen all the spots that warranted them and knew he wasn't trying to run up the bill. Xander did a great job inspecting the home I'm renting out. He was far more thorough than the inspectors that the landlord and property management company sent over. He did a great job helping me prove out that there are many widespread moisture issues throughout the home as opposed to just focusing on what is visible and what I pointed out.
