He was very thorough and took the time to explain the process along the way in next steps when we got to the end of the initial inspection. I think he has a great temperament for this type of position and represents your company well

He was really knowledgeable, patient when answering all our questions and very detailed when doing the inspection.

Joseph was very thorough and considerate. He answered all of my questions. I do wish he could've provided more guidance on the sampling but I understand it's not part of his job and not allowed. Given this is new territory for me, it would be helpful if the company could provide guidance with sampling especially when there is a budget concern.
