He explained everything and was extremely thorough he looked in places I never would have thought to and I really enjoyed the thermo inspection thing where it shows that there's no insulation in my walls and those are my outside walls and so there's a lot of heat coming in and causing a lot of humidity inside my apartment therefore I don't feel I should be paying for the electricity either because they have not properly maintained this unit at all but I thank you very much for your service ev...

Showed up early at the house. Was very professional. He answered our questions with real understanding of how mold grows. He was very thorough. And he went over the whole crawl space under the house, and found things the plumber missed. Joseph did a very good job.

Book your appointment with these guys! Super helpful and very informative. They were extremely thorough and have very good communication. They wrote up detailed descriptions with all of the photos they took and the mold that was found. Very respectful, would highly recommend!!
