Johnny is a Certified Mold Inspector based in Colorado who brings a strong background in facilities management and operations to his work in indoor environmental inspections. Before entering the mold and indoor air quality field, Johnny spent many years in management roles where he developed expertise in building maintenance, troubleshooting, and system repairs. His hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, and structural systems gives him a practical understanding of how buildings function and where moisture and mold problems can develop.
Johnny enjoys helping clients better understand their homes and indoor environments through thorough inspections and clear communication. Outside of work, he enjoys creating and building things, tackling hands-on projects, and spending as much time as possible exploring the vast outdoors with his wife and son.
