Johnny was very educated on CIRS and possible water intrusion locations. We had 7 inspectors walk the house prior to Johnny- ALL of the other inspectors cleared the house for purchase. We ran air samples with another mold company - they said there was no concern in the home. I would have a respiratory reaction in multiple upstairs rooms but couldn't find the source.
