With a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering and numerous professional licenses and certifications—including Texas Mold Assessment Consultant, Texas Asbestos Consultant, Lead Risk Assessor, Council-certified Microbial Consultant (CMC), and Florida Mold Assessor—Javier has built a career around helping people create safer, healthier indoor environments.

He has led investigations across residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, and government facilities, and has trained more than 500 environmental and construction professionals in asbestos, lead, and mold safety.
