Tim was very knowledgeable and kind. He accommodated my crazy requests stemming from a health concern and was careful with how he proceeded with inspection and sampling. He also knew so much about home construction in general, which I found to be a big plus. He educated me on how his equipments worked and gave me advise on what I should pay attention to.
