I can't say enough about Mold Inspection Sciences. Shane was so knowledgeable when I called to schedule an appointment and he answered all of my questions. Then for the appointment, Tim was amazing and answered even more questions for me. These guys really know what they're doing and they care about your health and safety. Wish I could give more than 5 stars because they're so kind and very good at what they do.

These guys are a whole vibe if you really want the experts to show up and get the job done above and beyond, they patiently take the time to explain everything (and painstakingly, upon demand) and are really a pleasure to work with. Appreciate Tim's good job. Our appointment was on May 5th, 2025 at 10:00am. Tim knocked our door at exactly 10:00am sharp which impressed us. Tim is a professional. Christian came to do a mold inspection on my home today. He came right on time. He was patient and listened to my concerns about various areas of concern in my home. He checked for dampness around every sink and toilet in my home. He checked the crawl spaces for dampness.
