Very thorough and very professional. A pleasure to work with as he explained each step and what he was doinf.

Frank was very through, explaining what, where and how he was going to do. Very polite and professional even when he had to move things around to get into the attic. Explained how many samples need and why. I enjoyed talking with him.

Frank was great to work with! He patiently let me follow him around during the inspection and explained what he was doing as well as gave me some peace of mind on the condition of the house I just closed on. While I wish I didn't need to do the samples (it was only seven but it adds up), I had seen all the spots that warranted them and knew he wasn't trying to run up the bill.
