They were quick to reply back to my phone call and professional. I was able to get someone to come out on very short notice. I didn't have a big budget but I was still able to afford the services. He explained the process and his thinking as he went so we felt informed and brought along on the journey. He also listened to and understood our perspective as renters which made us trust him and the process. I hope I never need a formal mold inspection again, but would happily work with Mo again if so!
