We've gotten two full mold inspections along with allergy & water tests by MIS inspectors. They are prompt, professional & thorough. We like that they don't have a remediation company, so they don't give biased work to drive further work. They also use infrared scanning which is super helpful to detect water intrusion and/or any issues. They've found a few things with each inspection, so it's well worth the money!

I've used Mold Inspection Sciences twice in a 10-year period (which seems to be the average time for recurrence of mold issues lol). Both times they've been incredible to work with and they're the only ones I'd call again in the future.
