It was fine, not great. He showed up 30 minutes late without a heads up. The inspection was fine. He shared a lot of info some of which was helpful.
Patrick answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. I was having issues with the payment methods with the bank I use and he was exceedingly accommodating. I would recommend him anytime.
