Craig has been nothing short of amazing throughout the whole process. We’ve learned that we should definitely follow the protocol he outlines, and not the protocol that the remediation company wants to do! Save yourself time and frustration by just doing what Craig says :-)
Craig was very courteous, called to let us know in advance that he was running late. When he arrived he explained exactly what he would be doing and asked if we had questions. Upon completion of the inspection he explained the followup and told us what to expect next. Good experience all round.
