Xander did an excellent and efficient job evaluating my property, providing clear communication and guidance. At every turn, both on calls and in person, the company's employees all proved to be direct, pleasant, and very thorough in their work.

Christian was on time. He acted professional and did a thorough inspection of the house. Definitely would recommend if you need these services. Took the time to explain and answer my questions.

Zander did a thorough job with testing and explanation. The report they provided is helpful as well. A visit fee covers up to three different areas of the home, and accounts for the air within 6 or so feet around. Expect to have to pay for specific sample collections (yes, more than one) seperately from the visit price....it does get a bit more costly than I would like. But I trust their work.

We had the pleasure of having Tim out to perform a inspection on a condo unit we are renting. Tim is incredibly personable, professional and knowledgeable. You can tell he loves what he does! Xander did a great job inspecting the home I'm renting out. He was far more thorough than the inspectors that the landlord and property management company sent over. He did a great job helping me prove out that there are many widespread moisture issues throughout the home as opposed to just focusing on what is visible and what I pointed out.

Erwin was great. He really walked us through the process and identified potential areas for concern and where we shouldn't be as concerned. We tried 3 other service providers, and they tried to sell you everything. We could tell they were not sincere in their evaluation. Erwin was the exact opposite.
