Cesar Carrasco

Cesar just did post remediation inspections of my bathroom. He was knowledgeable, professional and thorough!

Ceasar was very thorough, friendly and explained clearly all steps of the process. I am anxious to hear our results.

Cesar was great! Very professional and knowledgeable, and Cesar was transparent in explaining the entire detailed process for the inspection, along with pricing and recommendations. He did a thorough inspection over a 2 1/2 hour time frame, conducting a thorough review of the situation.

A 5-star rating!

Joseph, our inspector, did a thorough inspection - no shortcuts just because it's hot. His explanation of how each area was affected by the moisture was very clear. My contractor for the remediation phase was able to ask questions and got clear answers. We would use this service again.

Great guy! Performed as promise and I will definitely use you guys again, Thank You !

All the way to Williams for a mold inspectio...

Cesar was thorough and explained the options well.

He explained everything and was extremely thorough he looked in places I never would have thought to and I really enjoyed the thermo inspection thing where it shows that there's no insulation in my walls and those are my outside walls and so there's a lot of heat coming in and causing a lot of humidity inside my apartment therefore I don't feel I should be paying for the electricity either because they have not properly maintained this unit at all but I thank you very much for your service ev...

Showed up early at the house. Was very professional. He answered our questions with real understanding of how mold grows. He was very thorough. And he went over the whole crawl space under the house, and found things the plumber missed. Joseph did a very good job.

Joseph was very professional, courteous, and honest. No high pressure sales, just did the tests, presented the findings, and allowed me to choose what additional tests I wanted.

Joseph took great care of us when we called in for potential water leakage and checking for mold from the leaks. He was extremely thorough on his walk-through and inspection, let us know what to expect for the next steps, what our options were and helped us identify a problem area! He was incredibly friendly and wonderful to work with! We are going to be finishing up on a new build here in the next few months and will definitely be reaching back out and requesting Joseph to do another insp...
