Five stars for Xander and Mold Inspection Sciences. Very efficient, professional, and informative

Erwin was great. He really walked us through the process and identified potential areas for concern and where we shouldn't be as concerned. We tried 3 other service providers, and they tried to sell you everything. We could tell they were not sincere in their evaluation. Erwin was the exact opposite. Very experienced, thoughtful, and helpful. He helped us choose where we needed additional testing. I would absolutely use Mold Inspection Sciences again since they keep people like Erwin on staff.

Tim was great to work with. He was very personable, knowledgeable and provided us good information while doing his test. He was fair in his visual assessment of tests that we should do and those we should consider in giving us pros and cons for our decisions. I would highly recommend him and Mold Inspection Sciences for mold assessments.

Xander was one of the most professional workers that I've ever had. So unlike most kids his age.he was delightful fun respectful smart clean explained everything couldn't have been better in any way ....and I can be kind of annoying so he informed me about a lot and was very understandable and that was very nice compared to many people. Who are confusing and hard to read.

Irwin was excellent and thorough - I had a great experience with this company and the report they produced was so detailed and helpful. HIGHLY recommend!
