Needed a mold inspection quickly this week in a rental unit. I was able to get Mo (tech) out on Wednesday afternoon. He provided information, walked through the process, and set expectations for wht he would do and what I should expect.

While I don't have the results back yet, the collection of the samples was relatively quick and straightforward.
